User Accounts and Registration

To access our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. For users under 18, parental or guardian consent is required, and additional terms may apply to protect minor users.

Subscription Plans and Billing

PeakPlate offers various subscription tiers with different features and pricing. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to services until payment is resolved.

Dietitian Services and Professional Guidance

Our registered dietitians provide professional nutrition guidance based on current sports nutrition science and your individual needs. However, our services do not constitute medical advice and should not replace consultation with healthcare providers.

You acknowledge that nutrition recommendations are based on information you provide and that results may vary. Always consult with medical professionals before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have health conditions.

User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree to provide accurate health, dietary, and training information necessary for effective nutrition planning. You are responsible for following safety guidelines and consulting healthcare providers when appropriate.

You must not use our platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with other users' experience. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on PeakPlate, including meal plans, recipes, educational materials, and software, are owned by PeakPlate and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Meal Kits and Product Fulfillment

Meal kit orders are fulfilled by partner kitchens and subject to availability, delivery areas, and seasonal ingredient variations. We strive to maintain quality standards but cannot guarantee specific ingredients or delivery times.

Perishable items must be consumed by recommended dates. We are not liable for spoilage due to delivery delays, improper storage, or failure to follow handling instructions.

Limitation of Liability

PeakPlate's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
